Obituary of Gregory Albert Riou

Gregory Albert Riou, born May 8th, 1959, passed away peacefully at his home in Port Colborne on June 2, 2022 with his faithful dog Sparky at his side. Greg will be missed by his mom Stephanie Riou of Welland, his brother Michael (Moya) and their children Marnie, Jacob, Luke, and Sara of Australia and cousins Mark Riou, Chris and Janet Riou and Danielle (Greg) Riou.

In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place with arrangements entrusted to the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 179 Clarence Street, Port Colborne, Ontario.

There will be a graveside service on June 20, 2022 at 2 p.m. at Mount St. Joseph Cemetery, Port Colborne. A gathering to celebrate Greg’s life will be held following the graveside service from 3-5 pm at 10 Laughlin Place, Welland.
