She had been living in Port Colborne since the mid- fifties and enjoying life to the fullest until 2010 when she suffered a devastating stroke that greatly limited her normal life. During the next 3 years her health deteriorated to a point that she no longer could live in her home, and then she reluctantly decided to move into Le Centre d’Hébergement near family members. Thérese was a long time member of Le Club des Ainés de Port Colborne. Also, for many years, she had been a dedicated volunteer for the Red Cross. Arrangements have been entrusted to the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 179 Clarence Street, Port Colborne. Due to current health restrictions, there will be a Celebration of Life at a later date. If so desired, memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice.
