It is with great sadness, the family of Stephanie Kucman (nee Kocarik) announces her passing on November 5th, 2018 at the age of 93. She has joined her beloved late husband Joseph 2005, and her late daughter Betty 1967 in heaven.
Stephanie is survived by her children, Joseph (Theresa), Nancy Roseboom, Cindy Miskolczi (David). She will also be sadly missed by her grandchildren Rebecca Lacroix, Christopher (Francesca), Benjamin Roseboom (Kelly), Mackenzie Roseboom (Marnie), Brian Miskolczi (Cara), Steven Miskolczi (Tiffaney), and also by her great-grandchildren Joshua, Lucas, Chiara, Simona and Layton. She is survived by her dear sister Angela Blahut and many nieces and nephews.
Stephanie will be reunited with her parents Anne and Cyprian Kocarik.
She was predeceased by her dear brother John Kocarik 2002, and her beloved sister Olga Bognar (2016).
Stephanie was born in Holic Czechoslovakia on June 1, 1925. Immigrated to Canada 1933 with her family and met her husband Joe and started a life together. Raising a family and building a business Joe's Garage in Sherkston. Stephanie travelled and loved Florida, and all the activities, shuffleboard, swimming, bingo, and cards and gardening.
She loved her children and grandchildren and all the new friends along the way.

Stephanie’s family will receive friends at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 179 Clarence Street, Port Colborne on Wednesday November 7, 2018 from 4 p.m. – 8 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, November 8, 2018 in the Armstrong Chapel at 11 a.m. Rite of Committal to follow at Mount St. Joseph Cemetery, Port Colborne.
